Bryan Hunter

Image PlaceholderBryan Hunter, Managing Director, is a principal and founder of Asteri Consulting LLC. His career as a global financial markets executive includes over 30 years of experience in both OTC and exchange-traded markets. He has consulted to global institutions in the banking and financial services sectors on business development, client acquisition strategy, new product development, electronic trading platforms and negotiation of vendor alliances.

As Chief Operating Officer for FXMarketSpace, Ltd., Bryan drove development and launch of a start-up joint venture between two FX industry leaders, Reuters and CME, for cleared FX trading. Prior to this, he led the Chicago Mercantile Exchange's wholesale FX business, where he expanded electronic product delivery via targeted sales/marketing, product development and strategic alliances. He has held leadership positions over the years in FX trading for Fifth Third and ABN Amro banks, at First Chicago Corporation (now JP Morgan) and in the management information consulting and technology services division of Arthur Andersen (now Accenture).

Bryan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University.

Kimberly Hunter

Her career includes work with public and privately held corporations ranging in scale from middle-market domestic companies to Fortune 500 multinationals in a consulting capacity, as a senior financial officer and as an investment banker. Kim has consulted to companies in the global manufacturing and commodities distribution sectors on strategy, change management and process improvement in the areas of corporate finance, financial risk, capital structure and treasury.

Her experience includes serving as Corporate Treasurer of Ingredion, a multinational ingredient manufacturer, during a period of transformational growth from a spin-off to a Fortune 500. Her prior background includes leadership roles in the start-up of the bond business at First Chicago/Bank One (now JP Morgan) and in assisting the bank's clients to structure and complete acquisition financings, other public and private debt capital raising transactions and derivatives strategies.

Kim holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University.
